2. Unworn Garments: To be eligible for an exchange, garments must be unworn, in their original condition, no stains with all tags and labels attached.

3. Timeframe: Exchanges will only be accepted within the designated time period from the date of purchase.

4. Proof of Purchase: Customers must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, when requesting an exchange.

5. Shipping or Drop-off: Customers can choose to ship the items back to us or drop them off at our flagship location in North Vancouver B.C. to initiate the exchange process.

6. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering any shipping costs associated with returning the items for exchange.

7. In-store Exchanges: Customers who prefer in-store exchanges must bring the unworn garments, along with the proof of purchase, to our flagship location during regular business hours.

8. Limited Exchange: Each purchase is eligible for one exchange only. No additional exchanges will be allowed for the same purchase.

9. Exclusions: Certain items may be excluded from the exchange policy, such as final sale items, clearance items, and personalized garments.
